Creating a Firm Foundation

Do you ever feel unsteady, have pain in your feet or knees? In this 2-hour workshop we will explore both the physical and energetic anatomy of the feet and knees. Learn how to strengthen your arches, stabilize your knees and create more ease by gaining flexibility in your joints and fascia. Through this practice we will create a strong foundation for your yoga practice.

Hips for Health

Sunday, June 24, 2018 (3:00-5:00pm) $25

Our hips tell such a story! So many ailments can be traced back to our hips both physically and energetically. We will explore how to stabilize, strengthen and create flexibility in the pelvis and hip joints. The workshop will offer an increased awareness of alignment and an understanding of when and how to modify your yoga practice to have happier hips and overall well-being.
