These are super convenient. If you prefer a paper certificate, contact Heidi or Nerys, and we can arrange a pick up.

Our classes are divided into the following categories:

I
This is a beginner level class. You can expect a gentle pace, with many introductory explanations and modifications to ensure comfort and expand your understanding. This is a recommended starting level for anyone who is either unfit, recovering from injuries or has other limitations.

I/II
Most of our classes fall into this category. If you are new to Yoga, there will be an assumption that you are generally fit, and will make the instructor aware of of any injury/limitation that you may have so that suitable modifications can be given.

I/II/III
These classes are suitable for everybody, and are structured to give individual support to allow each student an opportunity to be challenged to their own level.

II/III
These are more advanced classes, and we’d expect you to have been a regular student in a level I/II class before joining these classes. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of the teacher, but a good level of fitness would be a prerequisite.

First ever Yoga class?

There was a first time for all of us, and we’re pleased that you are considering coming to Chill. Our youngest students are under 2, and are oldest are in their 80s. Some of our students are young, fit, lithe and flexible, but many of them are not, and may never be! Some of our students come several times a week, but many of them come for a while, take a break, come back and so it goes. Our point is that we welcome everyone, wherever they are. We love what we do, and just love sharing it. Our teachers are experienced, welcoming and our student body is very supportive of each other.

So choose a beginners or maybe a Level I/II, wear some comfortable clothes, head up to our studio, borrow a mat and let us introduce you to Yoga.

Before 9am, after 5pm and weekends
On street parking is available.

Between 9am and 5pm
On street parking is restricted to 60 mins or metered parking is available on Pine and Ash Streets.
Avoid parking in the loading zone in front of the studio before 11am.
We’d recommend using the Centerville Parking Garage during the day; it’s $2 after the 1st hour, and there is a walkway onto Lisbon Street from the 4th floor.
