Class Types: Resistance Stretch
Yoga has been an essential part of my life for 50+ years—grounding me through all the life, work, and family experiences of those many years. My morning sun salutations put me into the world every day, no matter what, no matter where. I began doing Resistance Stretch with Nerys in 2017, and it has become the perfect complement to my yoga practice. Resistance Stretch gives me more awareness of my body mechanics, more true flexibility, fewer yoga injuries, and a wonderful community of fellow ‘stretchers’.
