She is a Yoga/Self Care/Stress Reduction Instructor with 450+ hrs certification, a Yoga Nidra guided specialist, a Licensed Massage Therapist & Thai Bodywork practitioner & instructor with 950+ hrs of certification from the US and Thailand. Julie is a world traveler, nature lover warm weather chaser, and you can find her guest-teaching wherever the winds take her. Her overseas travels have given her many opportunities for additional studies and experiences as well as a unique outlook on life.
