Time: 5:10pm – 6:20pm
This 70-minute flowing class for health and fitness will be led by Heidi. Each class begins with 40 minutes of vinyasa flowing yoga blending elements of Tai Chi, Para Yoga Flows, Tri-Yoga Flow, Warrior Series, and Shiva Rea’s Advanced Vinyasa. Class continues with a 15-minute workout on specific muscle groups, and concludes with deep relaxation.
