Time: 7.30am – 8:30am
In this class, we will explore a uniques series of self-stretches that will develop your range of movement in all ways:
- If you struggle with joint issues, aches and pains, this might help clear that up.
- If you have felt stuck in either yoga poses or other training, this might help you get off of the plateau.
- If you are interested in learning more about fascia and the meridians of Traditional Chinese Medicine, then this is a good way to begin to experience them directly.
It’s truly a wonderful system and compliments any yoga practice, athletic training,bodyworker self-care, and simply can be used to just know how to stretch effectively while learning bouat your own body. Class is open and suitable for all ages and abilities.
