Practice the tools to help with relaxation and calming the mind to bring you to a deeper sense of self. Each month, Heidi will guide you in breathing practices known as Pranayama meant to clear the nadis (nerve channels), calm the mind and prepare you for guided meditation practice.
No prior experience necessary.
