Take a break from your work day and enjoy rebuilding your energy level during your lunch time. This 45-minute class will stretch, invigorate and relax you to help you get through the rest of your day. Class is open to beginners (in good physical condition) as well as seasoned practitioners. Open registration: New students- please arrive 10 minutes prior to class to register.
