Time: 10:00am – 11:15am

A well rounded class starting with gentle stretches and breath awareness to increase mobility, some core building & standing postures, and a nice long savasana.Focus is on mindful movement, breath awareness, alignment & body awareness, strengthening, & relaxing into the postures. Often includes Tibetan Singing Bowl healing.

This is an ongoing class which breaks for the month of August.
