Time: 5:15pm – 6:15pm
This is an ongoing class providing students with a strong foundational basis for all Ashtanga or Vinyasa type classes. We will focus on co-ordinating alignment and breathwork to activate increasing levels of steadiness and ease within the body. This is a good place for beginners and anyone wanting to begin a regular practice.
