Time: 1st & 3rd Saturday of the Month 8:30am – 10:00am
Open your eyes to a whole new Saturday morning! Heidi and Diane will be your conductors on this vigorous train ride through the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga. They will guide you through the many poses from the seated series, and take your view of the world in a different direction with the finishing sequences (backbends, shoulder stands, head stands, etc.). Expect occasional side trips of exploration into second series. Class closes with shivasana.
